HYBRID SYMPOSIUM ON PROFILING AUTHORSHIP AS AN OCCUPATION

UTANA is a member-driven association upholding and enhancing the profile, significance and rights of academic and non-fiction authors in Uganda. UTANA in collaboration with the Network of African Academic and Nonfiction Authors (NAANA), the Norwegian Association of Nonfiction and Translators (NFFO), Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) and the International Authors Forum (IAF)  is  holding a one-day workshop focusing on Exploring and Defining Authorship as a Professional Occupation in Today’s Knowledge-Driven Society. The activities to be commemorated during the Workshop include: Workshop Book Exposition and UTANA General Assembly.

Book Exposition: An outstanding author(s) shall have an opportunity to showcase and promote their published works during the UTANA workshop. Interested authors to expose their works are invited to submit their personal profiles and books to be exposed to [email protected].
